Experience the joy of creating with clay in a
supportive, collaborative environment through
MSU’s Open Studio. Whether you’re new to clay
or have some experience, you’ll learn and grow
alongside others. Tuesday evenings feature
demonstrations to enhance your skills, covering
techniques such as mold making, slip casting,
clay and glaze mixing, decorating, wheel
throwing, hand-building, sculptural methods,
and various firing processes.
Children ages 12+ may register for Open Studio with a concurrently registered and attending parent/guardian only.
Includes:
• Weekly three-hour time slot
• Small private locker
• Use of studio equipment
• Total includes a $60 fee for clay,
glaze, and firing; excessive use
may incur additional charges
